Our resident pocket rocket understands just how to leverage herself to help you get moving how you should be. When she's not busy helping clients, Erica enjoys spending time with her 8kg cat, bushwalking, and eating spicy food. Erica is currently expanding her knowledge in women's health physiotherapy

Associate Physiotherapist

Chris Canadian cool keeps clients calm and confident. Chris brings his experience and involvement within the disability sector to the clinic's repertoire. A multi-faceted physiotherapist, he enjoys incorporating a combination of manual therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue massage (IASTM), and dry needling into his practice. Chris is Functional Movement Screen (FMS) certified and is passionate about getting individuals moving well, often. Away from the clinic, Chris loves CrossFit, ice hockey, golf, poutine, and cold beverages. Chris is currently excited about innovative applications of exercise in injury prevention.

Michael Bucknell

Associate Physiotherapist

Michael's warmth and approachability shines through with every consultation. An avid sportsman; Michael dabbles in cricket in the summer, touch footy in the winter, and indoor bouldering all year round. His experience in a variety of sports means if you're coming in with an injury, he's probably seen it! Michael spends his downtime watching war movies, catching up with family & friends, and enjoying a cup of peppermint tea. He is currently cementing his knowledge in manual therapy.

Dr Lily Zujian Li

Chinese Medicine & Acupuncturist

Lily is a fully qualified and registered Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine practitioner with long and rich clinical experience . She holds a Bachelor Degree of Chinese Medicine and Master Degree of Acupuncture in Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) University. After graduating from university, she worked as a TCM doctor for 10 years in Shuguang Hospital affiliated to Shanghai TCM University, which is one of the most prestigious TCM hospitals in China. This experience gave her a unique and wide-ranging insight into the broad applicability of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. After moving to Sydney, she continued to integrate both Acupuncture and Traditional Herbal Medicine to provide the best care and options for her patients.

Adnaan Gierdien

Senior Exercise Physiologist

Adnaan Gierdien is trained as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSAM) and has been working in the field of health and fitness for over 20years. Adnaan is proficient in all areas of Exercise Physiology, including Health Assessments and Pre-Employment screenings, however his specialty lies in the area of strength and conditioning and Injury Rehabilitation.

His communication with all parties is excellent and he has an unwavering dedication to his clients.

Madeleine Watt

Maddie's bubbly & outgoing personality shines right throughout the clinic. There is no task too big for her. You'll always be greeted with a big smile and her undivided attention to your needs.

Maddy will complete her Bachelor of Human Science Degree at Macquarie University in 2018 and while she decides what the next move is in her professional career, she is going to help out the staff at Parramatta by becoming their clinic representative.
